We offer clothing and accessories exclusively for individual customers (B2C). All items available for sale on our website are subject to availability.

3. Payment Methods
Payment is required at the time of placing the order. We accept the following payment methods:

4. Delivery
Shipping is included in the price. Estimated delivery time is 12 to 15 days within the EU. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

As a customer, you are not entitled to withdraw from the purchase once you have received an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

We will confirm the return, and returns will be free of charge, using Mondial Relay for returns. Once confirmed, you will be provided with the details necessary to complete the return.

You may request either a refund or the reshipment of the correct items. We aim to process all returns efficiently and to your satisfaction.

7. Non-Delivery
In case of non-delivery of your order, after confirmation of the issue with our manufacturer or carrier, you will be automatically refunded. We will notify you via email regarding the refund procedure.

The models featured in these visuals are fictional, and any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental. Product colours, cuts and details may vary slightly depending on lighting, styling and screen display. Such minimal and reasonable differences between these images and the delivered products are not covered by the Company's liability or after-sales service.

9. Legal Warranty
The legal warranty for conformity under EU law is applied to all purchases. This includes the guarantee of conformity regarding defects and non-compliance of products. There is no additional commercial warranty provided.
